Hope+Hue wants your order to be in your hands fast so we ship mostly via UPS. Orders ship within one business day whenever possible. 

Orders up to $50 - shipping $5

Orders $50-$125 - shipping $8

Orders over $125 always ship free

 

Returns and Exchanges

We think you'll love your order from Hope+Hue, but we still offer peace of mind with a 30-day return policy. This means you'll have 30 days after receiving your item to get it back to Hope+Hue for a full refund (less shipping). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if applicable. Fabric must be free from scents.

We cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
